Bookings
Bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a 20% deposit. Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the general booking and cancellation conditions.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel between 1 month and 10 days prior to arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation between 10 and 3 days prior to arrival will incur a 40% penalty.
Cancellation between 2 and 1 day prior to arrival will incur a 60% penalty.
For no shows, late arrivals or early departures, you will be charged 80% of the total amount quoted on the booking confirmation.
Arrival & departure
Please be advised that check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Euros and per person, including breakfast. We kindly ask you to settle your bill by 10:00 p.m. the evening before your departure. We accept cash (up to a maximum of €4,999.00), debit cards, VISA and MasterCard.
Pets policy
Pets are not allowed.
